1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and w88fb (hereinafter referred to as "w88fb", "the Company", "We", or "Us"), the operator of the website located at https://w88fb.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the w88fb Platform — including but not limited to the casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and the cashier — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3 Eligibility & Registration

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. Registration and use of the Platform is prohibited for any Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2. Accounts registered in breach of this restriction will be closed immediately and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified w88fb of unauthorised access.

4.2 Account Security. You should use a strong, unique password for your w88fb Account and enable any additional security features available, including two-factor authentication where offered. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting w88fb Customer Support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any bonus funds not yet converted.

4.4 Account Suspension or Closure by w88fb. w88fb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, w88fb may withhold funds pending investigation and will co-operate with relevant authorities where required.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. w88fb will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy administration procedures. Any real-money Balance remaining in a dormant Account will be preserved and made available upon successful re-authentication by the Account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w88fb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 5.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied by w88fb on BDT transactions. Any conversion costs imposed by a Player's own bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the w88fb Platform are subject to individual promotion terms that specify the applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, and expiry dates. These individual terms take precedence over any general description of a promotion appearing in marketing materials.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to an Account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. w88fb reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn while a Player is actively working toward a wagering requirement, w88fb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and may, at its discretion, honour bonus funds already credited on the original terms.

6.5 Eligibility. Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all registered Players in good standing who have completed the required verification steps are eligible to participate in w88fb promotions. Players under self-exclusion are not eligible for any promotional offer during the period of their self-exclusion.

7 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

7.1 Game Rules. Each Game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules published by the relevant game provider — including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to any Game before placing a wager. By placing a wager, a Player confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the w88fb Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and source code — is the property of w88fb or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Game Provider Content. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.4 Maximum Liability. 12 Privacy & Data

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to w88fb's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence.
